Madrid, 13th of March 2021. Miguel Díaz Román has been re-elected by the Assembly of the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET) as president for the next four years. In a remote assembly, following the recommendations of the CSD due to the current pandemic situation, 129 (of 132) assembly members decided to grant their trust to Díaz Román, who expressed his satisfaction at the end of the meeting. "It is a great joy to once again have the confidence of all to continue working for Tennis. We have the same enthusiasm and energy that we have had from the first day until today to face this exciting challenge that we have".
In these four years of mandate Díaz Román and his team have consolidated the pyramid of International Tournaments in Spain as one of the best in the World, both at Junior and Professional level. "And we want to continue in that line. We will give opportunities to those who want to become professionals to start their career in Spain".
